Nevermind, I fixed it by running an older nandroid.

HIGH FIVE! :D

Ok, I flashed Fresh 2.3.3 and then realized I needed to screen cap everything from my old 2.1.2 so that i can easily put everything back in it's proper place.

Everytime I restore the nandroid backup on my SD card it's still running fresh 2.3.3! I didn't even MAKE a nandroid of 2.3.3 so what the hell is the problem?

After it didn't work normally...I started trying to wipe:
I've rebooted into recovery and wiped data/factory reset, when i try to wipe dalvik and/or sd:ext it tells me to wipe them from ADB

GAH!

Also, be aure you have enough space on your SD card. I have received this error and moving some older nandroids to my laptop fixed it.

You won't be able to wipe ext unless you have partitioned your sd card.

Yea, After I restored that nandroid a minute ago i deleted the other 2 that were on my SD card... I just got a 4GB MSD card and just moved everything from my 2GB and i haven't put anything extra on it yet except for 2.3.3 so i have plenty of room.

In all seriousness... I think I wasn't paying attention and created a nandroid of my newest install instead of restoring a nandroid, because i only remember having 2 nandroids on my SD card and there were 3 when i went in to look at it. Which could've been the reason it kept restoring the 2.3.3 backup. Stupid oversight on my part, but whatever... I think i got it all figured out now, I'm flashing 2.3.3 again. I'll post my progress in a moment.

I'll do a search for that right now, but if you wanna gimme a quick breakdown on how to do that it'd be really really appreciated, thanks.

2 ways..
1. follow the rooting guide at the top of this forum.. it tells you how to flash recovery.
2. get fresh kitchen from Geek For Me – Sprint Evo 4g & CDMA Hero use it to flash just the recovery from the rooting menu. that will give you 1.6.2 and takes 30 seconds
