What phone did you come from? Favorite Company?

Wow. This is my first time hearing of somebody having the droid (moto) replaced several times. I thought they were very good phones.

I think as long as you get a good new one you are fine. however, after about a month of ownership my first ones antenna broke and it couldn't make calls. it was downhill from there refurb after refurb had issues including just being DOA. I would hope that refurbs go trough a lot of QC and testing, but getting one DOA doesn't say much for how they handle them.

My last phone was the LG Voy ager. I was pretty happy with it, except it never recognized my SD card so I couldn't play my mp3's except for a few I could fit on the internal memory. :( B ut I loved the easy voice dialing and the voice that told me who was calling. The sound was good too. I had planned to get the new LG but the b/f told me I should go for the DInk. He was paying so I said ok. :)

l really like the LG phones but I have had Nokia's, Samsung's and Motorola's in the past. But I have had a cell phone since the ones that came in a shoulder bag. :D

My wife is using my old EnV Touch (successor to the Voyager) and she loves it. Though she is eying android phones when the time comes for her.

I understand b/c former lg dare owners had the same problem. Fortunately for me I only had mine (lg dare) replaced once b/c somehow dirt got under the screen which caused it to malfunction. My refurb is working fine and i have it as my backup.
