I ordered mine on 7/9 and received it today via amazon. Now all I'm waiting for is for to be fully charged so I can power it up! I'm so incredibly excited!

You probably won't receive tracking information unless you contact VZW. I think we've seen in here that most 'in-store' orders aren't set to send you tracking information. Give them a call and they should be able to provide you with that if you received the device pending activation message.

It's time you had a call with Mr. Verizon for a few bucks off your next months bill. I had this same conversation with them and got them to take 50% off my next month bill.

If you ordered 6/11 and still don't have, it's time to raise hell with Verizon

..and no I ment 6/11 lol.. yea I know its bad, and I'm going on vacation on saturday sooo IF my phone shows up next week its gonna be sitting at my neighbors house for a week which makes it worse.... gotta love it

just got off the phone with Verizon Customer Service.
I ordered my Dinc on June 29th and she said it would come guaranteed NO LATER THAN July 27th.
Cause Im going on Vacation Aug 7-14 and Needed it before then and she said there isnt even an Option for a ship date in August for Orders of June 29th and earlier! Yippie
was getting worried reading about all the backorders and such hah

Not 20 minutes later I get my shipping email!!!
Location: Denver, CO
Ordered InStore: 6/20
Estimated Ship: 7/19
Actual Ship: 7/13
Arrival: 7/15 by 4:30 MDT
Never gave the sales rep my email, but somehow I still got it! Its on FedEx so everything looks good, coming from Ontario, Canada. FedEx trick still does not work and no *611 you have a device...blah blah blah. FREAKING EXCITED!
Bought an extended life battery and a charger that can charge just the battery... SO, battery will be here tomorrow, will charge it before my phone gets here. The second I get the phone I can use it with a completely and correctly charged battery!

So all these 6/15, 6/16 inspired me to give VZw a call. First, I hear you have a phone waiting to be activated (I almost peed my pants). Second, CSR Rep gives me the tracker number (never received email). Third, it should be here tomorrow!!

Said shipping date 7/12
2nd said shipping date 7/19
Actual shipping date 7/14

Sweet, they are up to the 6/20's now!
Sadly this is probably not the result of an increase in production but more of a decrease in orders. Especially with so many people canceling their orders for the X. Not that I really care what phone other people get but it's kinda sad that they are losing business over something they can't really control.
I was planning to do the spare battery charger thing too but it doesn't look like I will have it in time. Apparently their was a factory delay in shipping (HA! Story of my life!) so now I won't have it until next week.

I originally ordered my phone 5/10 and some how it was canceled with Verizon and had to reorder 6/3 with an expected shipping date of 7/30. After days of depression I checked my email a few minutes ago and the order has been shipped and expected to be here tomorrow.
The order was shipped for Ontario, Ca. which I thought was unusual but I am from Arizona as most of the posts that I have seen here are from the East.

Ugh. I got mine today. Came with the wrong charger so I cant even use it. I just have to sit here and stare at it all night until I can get to Verizon to exchange the charger tomorrow.
