Hi, I just got one of those silicone cases for my desire and am awaiting the arrival of some screen protectors so my phone should be protected should i drop it while i'm on the phone. I was wondering whether anyone thought it worth it to but a leather pouch for the phone also to protect it further when its in my pocket or back. is it worth it? and if so does anyone know of any that fit around the phone while encased in the silicone case??

I remember seeing a case on one of the Forums, relating to the Desire, and it began with a 'Z' (possibly Zeus?) and was leather with some bright coloured stitching and piping around it. Definitely get a pouch!

I've got a silcon skin and the HTC draw pouch.
This weekend I was out in the car with my phone in the skin only in the pocket of my shorts. It was a lovely hot day and the A/C wasn't working, I pulled out my phone to make a call and the screen was covered in moisture!!!!!!

The pouch may be a pain as I am always worried about dropping the phone when removing it but I feel more confident my phone is better protected when using it.

case seems ok - not as tough as the case mate one - but it simply does not fit, both sides from the case do not meet each other pretty much all the way around, also the power switch is partially covered, guess the Nexus one is definately NOT the exact same shape as the HTC desire so dont be fooled by tight fitting cases for both phones, they wont work

The only downside to tough cases is that you can't use the charging desktop cradles

the barely-there metallic-silver one looks sexy and sleek. i like the white one better though. have u got pics of the white one.
one question - does the Desire fit inside the standard htc pull up tab-leather pouch with the casemate barely-there case on??
