I've merged these 3 threads, as they're all related to the same issue of Miltonpulse's. The posts may be a bit out of place because of that.

I can see that you've already posted on the forum that Paul Clark posted yesterday, so good luck with the wipe and reset back to factory settings.

i got the contract off the internet thats why i didnt need ID i have no photo ID.it doesnt matter anyway i took it into t mobile shop today and they couldnt do nothing about it. All they said was i should try phone google and see if i can get the email from them. BUT i dont remember nothing about the email i used to register the phone

i have the same problem as miltonpulse. i tried pressing home and didnt get a screen with a yellow triangle. i also found a my gmail account, but my pulse says its invalid, even though it works on my pc.
