Everything turned out relatively well, I received $60 from the generous forum members here, thanks to all that gave some $$, it definitely helped out.
Steve forwarded me the PR Rep e-mail from Verizon, I sent her two follow-up e-mails, but I never heard anything back.
Oh well.
