Froyo Apps to SD Question

So I just got my OTA update (thank god for that)
and i've been moving some apps to my SD card.

But i have noticed that not all app data moves to the SD card.

For example, Toss It, after moving to SD card, it shows that i still have 740kb of it on the phone...

wtf?

i guess apps have to leave some of their data in internal memory so the system could access it easier. but 700kb is almost nothing if you say have an app which is 30mb and leaves only 1mb in internal and the rest goes to SD.
and yep almost all apps can go to SD but you have to look at other thread about apps2sd all answers and questions are there

That's the way the software works. I imagine the developer decides which bits get moved to teh card and which stay on the phone, if you're unhappy about it take it up with them.

sigh. that is really sad. I was hoping for "unlimited apps" but it seems it is still limited by the internal ROM - albeit much less than it was with 2.1

also, i dont really mind, but i needed closure

App developers need to update their code so that you can move their app to SD and use it from there. After moving/uninstalling apps it's better to turn off the phone and restart to refresh the internal memory.
