Favorite App so far.... Developers please see link to Announcements above.

Webshare- my 1st paid app and I can't believe it's only $2.99, I highly recommend this app to anyone that want to instantly transfer files from their laptops to their smart phone without the use of annoying usb cables using your wifi network. Awsome app! A must have!

Where can I find this?

FTP Server does the same thing and it is free. I also use Dropbox as well, also free.

TV Guide UK Pro is by far my favourite app and worth every penny. It allows you to see what's on all the Sky/Freeview channels and you can create a list of your favourite channels for a quick now-and-next view. When browsing programmes, you can set calendar reminders or record through Sky+ with just a click of a button.

Not only does it pack in loads of useful features, but the UI is brilliant and the developer is very responsive to any problems. A must-have for for the Sky/Sky+ user who wants to be able to record on the go.

Without a doubt: Google Skymaps and My Perfect Egg timer :)

The MOST perfect eggs your ever going eat LOL

I DL'd this as a laugh, but haven't tried it yet.

I'll add that I've been using:

iRT Calendar - syncs with Google, has icons (lord, how I miss my AgendusPro)
Contacts GroupU - No contact mgr yet satisfies me, as none allow you to view the entire physical address easily, but this is the closest I've come.
VidaOne's My Sport Training (Beta) - used this in Palm, interesting to see how it'll play out for Android
Public Radio Live Stream - they just keep adding stations, making this a handy little devil to have onboard.
aCar - unbelievably impressive. Great GUI, all the bells and whistles. I used TealAuto (Palm) for years. The only missing from this app is the ability to track a road trip (and associated expenses) and a parking meter timer. Developer is incredibly responsive and the app only gets better with each iteration.
Moonphase widget - I like keeping up with the moon, and this is one of the best I've found for Android. On Palm, I used Palmary Clock, which was incredibly elegant. This widget is fairly straightforward, but provides plenty of interesting facts about the various full moons of the year, and allows you to choose how far into the future it will schedule your moons.
SoundHound - a little pricey, but invaluable for catching that snippet of a song to determine who sings what. And endless fun for my niece/nephew to sing at it to try to stump it.
GTasks - syncs to Google calendar Tasks feature. Great for making various lists.

Thanks braj, I don't know why that wasn't coming up before. I'm sure this one will be just as easy, but what is the correct name for widget locker? Is this similar to lockbot, and if so, which one is better?

widget locker is great (tried lockbot and it didn't kill crazed pocket action for me). one of maybe 2 or 3 apps i actually paid for and don't regret. dev is ridiculously responsive, even to stooopid questions.

two other apps i've recently gotten into -

powerstrip - fantastic anytime multitasking. have it bound to search longpress.

multicon - widget plugs 4 apps in a 1x1. great space saver. was using launcher x (also good) but this is a better fit for me.

Seconded.
I use the Locale app and I hardly EVER have GPS on. In fact, I use it to make sure that the things I am not using are off. It can use Wi-Fi positioning for location based things (which works surprisingly well). An example is that I use it to detect low light and quiet environment to then dim my screen and make it quiet till morning. I also have it perform actions depending on whether it is in my home dock and to perform different actions in my car dock, etc. I really like it.
