You need the froyo one. Your signature says your on Sapphire (which is awesome!), Sapphire is Froyo.

Regarding the wireless tether, I have not had that problem so I am not sure. Sometimes it takes my computer a while to detect it. I'll have to refresh my wireless networks detecte
d often for a few minutes till its found. It should be called AndroidTether. Sorry I don't have better info for that issue.

yep just got the moto droid. rooted, flashed sapphire. havent had a reason to try anything else. using the gala s theme and it looks amazing.

thanks for the help. ill give that a shot.

Anyone having an issue where Titanium backup will not restore all apps? There are a handful of apps that fail to restore. Unfortunately one of them is Wescom which doesn't show up in the market anymore.

Fixed my own issue. I had to install GApps. For some reason that totally slipped my mind. I wasn't able to install a bunch of apps nor did they even show up in the market when I searched until I install GApps, once installed everything works great! Thank you.

Okay, just flashed this, coming from BB 0.4; am I missing something?

I formatted all of the partitions, then flashed the ROM, downloaded from the link.

No market app? No automated app restores? (Isn't that a function of FroYo?)

So, I can't even download ROMmanager to get to my backups. What am I missing here? Was there some other module I needed to download and flash as well to get basic functionality?

You gotta flash gapps. Follow the link below and flash the gapps file.

I'm having the same issue with this rom and cyanogen6 rc1 and rc2.

The problem is when entering numbers into the phone during an automated phone call (i constantly use this for work) i get an "echo" it sounds like the speaker phone and the earpiece are both outputting sound at different times.

Its not that it is causing problems that are impossible to get around it's just that sometimes the lag between the two "echoed" beeps gets very bad and can sometimes get confusing when entering long strings of numbers.

Anybody else notice this or can try this just to see if it is just me. Or if somebody knows how to stop the "echo" let me know.

Would the blue glass theme from v0.8.4 work with v1.0? I really love that theme. I just don't know what kinds of problems it could cause, and I am very happy with my current setup otherwise. If not, anyone feel like porting it?

Edit: I tried applying the theme and it resulted in a continuous bootloop at the sapphire bootanimation. I reverted to my backup. Maybe I will look into porting it myself.

Was having trouble flashing Sapphire 1.0 on my rooted droid running stock froyo with the most recent version (2.5.0.1 I think it was) of Clockwork Recovery from Rom manager. When I downloaded the Rom and tried to reboot into Clockwork to install, it would bring me to the standard recovery screen instead. I flashed an older version of Clockwork and tried again, and it seems to be working.

OK - maybe someone can help me. I tried flashing this right from RM without wiping data and cache and I lost root. I attempted to flash from RM wiping data and cache and RM kept foreclosing on me. I then attempted to go into CW and flash directly from there and I couldn't find the zip file with the ROM in it. Anyone have any idea where RM downloads this file to?

Why do I have such trouble with this ROM????!!!

You have to apply the gapps update to get those. Best way is to follow the link in the first post and get it from the site. Then reboot into recovery. If you're using clockwork go to the download folder and apply the gapp update.

I was only telling him to wipe data/cache before he applies a new ROM not when updating the current one. Didn't come out that way lol.
