New Nexus one screen...anyone seen it?

Unfortunately, I think that video didn't do much for me. I believe the guy was holding the phones wrong. It seems the SLCD has a weaker viewing angle and AMOLED has much deeper blacks. Still, I've heard that SLCD is better on power management and better sunlight viewing, so I guess it's really up to whether you want better battery life and sunlight viewing or a crisper screen with better colors.

Have there been any reports of phones sent in for repair coming back with SLCDs?
Because I dropped my N1 back in June and shattered the screen so I had to send it in and soon after I got it back I noticed it's significantly more usable in direct sunlight.

Is there any way of knowing for sure if they did put in a different type of display?
