So Friday night I was telling my fiance about all the custom docks that people have made for the phone and said I wanted to make one. We were talking about all the different idea's but honestly, I didn't like any of them. All of a sudden I look over at our TV and say "it would be cool if I could make an entertainment center for it!" and he says "why can't you?" ;)

So... I did! Several hours with Photoshop and a hot glue gun and now my Incredible has a cute little entertainment center to sit in.

I want to see you open the cabinets with those tiny handles!

LOL! Since this is my first attempt and I haven't been "crafty" in years (I used to teach crafts a long time ago) I decided to go simple. This is just a heavly photoshoped picture of an entertainment center I found online.

IF I had the patience I would have actually made a "real" entertainment center for it. I have a dremel and all the tools I would need... just lacking in the patience and desire department.

I tried to be really lazy and looked for dollhouse entertainment centers but I couldn't find any that would be big enough for the DINC :( You need at least a 4.75 x 2.5 opening and the biggest I could find was about 3.5 x 2.

I bet if you shopped around for doll furniture (miniatures) you could find one that would fit perfectly.

Believe me, I tried. For about 2 hours  If I really wanted to, I could just make one. It would probably take me a couple days to do it but at least it would be done with the perfect dimensions.

I found a couple of TV Stands that would work, but no full entertainment centers. The closest I found was this but I don't really care for it:

There is a hobby shop here in town that might have something like what your looking for, Ill have to head over and take a look since they pretty much specialize in miniature scale household items.

There has got to be something out there! I went to Michael's because I needed poster board and some glue sticks and I looked around and didn't find anything. I also tried the hobby shop nearby and they had a couple TV Stands (link mini shelves) but nothing like this either.

You could make one really cheap, assuming you already have the tools. You would just need to buy some craft board (it's like $2) and some wood stain. It would just be a pain in the butt.

I did find a website where you can custom order dollhouse funiture but it's like $60-$80. As cool as I think it would be, that's just too much to spend.
