Calendar is S2 Widget Calendar

Custom Icons I got off of iconfinder.com...I think.

You can change the bottom icons using Launcher Pro.

Using launcher pro, how do you switch the icons? is that only available in the paid app? I know its a noob question but Im still searching thru the settings.

long press the icon. A window will pop up and your options will be to change the shortcut or change the icon

No, you can change them up in the free version. Simply press and hold on the icons you want to change and follow the prompts.

It's not an icon pack. The dock icons are custom made in Photoshop. I snagged someone's plain text icons and used that as a template. Pretty simple, once I figured out the size and transparency details.

I used them as a template to create my own as I didn't have the icons you used. They still look good though.
