Show us your Desire Homescreens...

Tried to do something a little different, but it didnt come out like I wanted it to. Thought I'd share anyways......

Im flogging slide screen though at the moment. Works beautifully! The only widget which I would normally use which isn't included in Slide Screen, for the time being is extended controls widget/switchpro widget. They've redone the app drawer aswell, just press the menu button and it takes you to the app drawer with a shortcut menu up top which you can flick across for more shortcuts!

Hahahahahhaa! Was wondering if someone would pick that up! Unfortunately I am by far no programmer! Wish i was but I cannot even program a website that well :p Alot of the things I've done is basically available on the android market.

Lockscreen:

Using widgetlocker so I can put widgets on the lockscreen and change/get rid of the unlock/lock sliders.
Downloaded Digital Clock Widget for the clocks, but just using the time and then had to adjust my wallpaper and add the Melbourne. London. etc to the wallpaper soo that it fits perfectly.

Homescreen

With my homescreen, basially the same as the HTC 1 design apart from background and icons. You can use desktop visualiser to make bigger icons so they match the HTC 1.
And with the clock I simply edited some png's from another clock app apk to make it look very similar.
If i could program i would make the clock with the weather on the inside circle in a heartbeat. It's a beautiful design!

I think there is a possibility with launcher pro or some other home replacement to have individual wallpapers on each page and therefore you would just add the text home, social, news at the top just like the HTC 1 and then just use desktop visualizer to set bigger icons and there are plenty off transparent app modifications available such as the google news or facebook which you could place on the social page.

I wish I could program so I could design a theme like that but i can't, but if someone is persistant enough they could easily make it very similar to what the HTC 1 designer has created.

I've just discovered slide screen, so im pretty infatuated with that! Once I get over it I will probably make something else similar to the HTC 1.

yeah i know that'd be ace. not sure how to do it on the todo list widget ill have a look though. i changed the weather app just to get that transparency but wasnt aware if i could do it on the to do list widget, couldnt always change to astrid i guess.. I SHALL PLAY AROUND ! :D

I just tried changing the todo list widget to transparent but there isnt any settings or anything for it, just purely a widget.
the astrid one has a black background too which i cannot seem to change. any ideas of others which are more customisable?

Click on the widget to get the edit list, then click on menu and you'll get the setting icon, select that and you're in the setting of the widget :D There's a few options for you to play with. Have fun :)

Only thing I'd warn you is that when you set the widget as transparent, that becomes the default. So, when you put a new widget on the homescreen...it's pretty much invisible.

Hello. I am new to Launcherpro. Can anyone please tell me how to set different dockbar on each screen?

What's the difference between Launcherpro and Launcherpro plus? Thank you.

When you've downloaded & installed LP, Press Menu->Preferences. Every setting is in there for LP; where you can set the number of screens, docks etc etc.

LPP you can resize widgets amongst a few other things. LP works well

Changed it yet again :D

I got a few questions:

1) Is there any way to have change the transparency of the Google search bar on my home screen? Or at least a way to make it darker to fit the theme?
2) I am using a different clock skin than is show in the pics bellow. Every time I plug in my phone and use the SDK to make the screenshots, it reverts to the basic skin. How can I prevent that?
3) I'd love my FB app to be either transparent or darker similar to FriendStream (that I obviously can't use in LauncherPro).

Lock Screen: WidgetLocker => Unlock, Camera 360 Pro, Camcorder, Silent/Vibrate

Thank you DesireMe. I have played around the Menu>Preferences though. I already set up 3 docks but it's the same one on different screen.

On the other hand, I have encountered quite a few reboot since I changed to LauncherPro. Anyone experience this before? Thanks.

Not quite sure what you mean about them being "the same one on different screen"?! With multiple docks, they scroll independently of the main screen.

Not had any reboots to speak of. I had a bug problem with widgets dropping below the screen, so had to uninstall and re-install and start again. The bug is still there when you opt for no status bar, that the icons/docks drop every now and again.
