T-Mobile FROYO update

Help!
Downloaded and phone rebooted and now stuck on the Pink T mobile letters screen with white background for the last ten minutes, should I pull the battery?

Mine stayed on that screen for ages. I started thinking "Hmmmm, start-up takes much longer" :D Just leave it be, i just left it and still managed about 5 lockscreen hits to see it's progress.

It takes about 10-15 mins.

Help. Have updated and all seened fine untill I realised I can't cnnect to tmobile. Not sure how to sort this. Obviously tried a reboot. Just won't pick up network.

edit:seems it is stuck in airplane mode

any ideas how to fix this?

Edit pt2. Well, I have ended up factory resetting and this has sorted it out - just have to get the phone back to how I had it. I had to get it going quickly and so didnt have time to backup all apps ect, have to try to remember what i had - i guess if I cant then I probably dont need it.

Anybody else noticed the tmobile fkup with their media centre app? mines Mediencentre and directs to the german tmobile site....... they have also added app sharing, mobile tv and mobil box pro for voicemail - not amused!!

Yeah, just noticed all those. Think they've ****ed up a bit there. MobilBox and MedienCentre are in German.

I'd gone through settings etc first. So how do we get rid of these (except the obvious root).

Well its the same as the orange bloatware shit - however, in applications > all they take up kbs of space and you can clean data to delete this - im using launcher pro so in the process of hiding them from my app drawer! problem solved lol.

Not to impressed by the lack of apps that you can actually move to SD - I still only have 25mb of space!! guess devs will catch up on this soon though..

How do you remove the apps from the app drawer in LP?

On any normal LP screen press menu > settings > general settings > hidden apps

Tick all the ones you want to hide, click save, restart LP and voila - clean tidy app drawer!!

On another note 2.2 install rodgers swype (confirmed on nexus one forums) so anybody using it needs to reinstall it to fix it (doing that now myself!)

Menu->Preferences->General Settings->Hidden Apps.

Nice! Just removed all the crap T-Mobile has added. :D
