ok since the 2.2 update i have enabled audible touch tone for the dial pad when i dial out yet you can barley even hear it. You literaly have to put your ear on the back speaker to hear it and all the volumes are up as well. anyone run into this yet?

NOTE what i mean is when you dial out the dialpad touch tones are not working right very very very very low

also note that i had never had this issue with the 2.1 stock before the update

can anyone help in this matter are you having same issue??

Download AudioManager Widget from the Market and find out whether or not you really do have every volume set all the way up. The non-pro version is free. I'm not trying to say that you don't know what you're doing. It's just that it can't hurt to check and make sure. This may be a very simple fix.

Are you rooted, or do you have any modifications of any kind? Tell us a few details about your device please.

update

i installed it like you mentioned and i turned up everything and now it works. wierd but then i uninstalled the app and now it works. confused but thansk for that

i was not rooted .also the only thing i can see is before i installed the app all my volume settings where up. i installed audiomanger free and they showed they where all up except the system volume.

now the question is, why was the system volume low via audio manager? even though all my vol settins where up at defualt. even did a factory restore and still was the same way. so again did what you said d/l audiomanager free, and again all the volumes where up except system vol was only at 2 bars very low.

i turned it up and i can hear my dial pad touch tones
