Root Rooted and want to Theme my Droid X OTA 2.2

There is an easier step. For me the Black Hat hat deodexed 2.3.15 was sluggish loading, so I dumped it.

If you use this theme you don't need Black Hat, fyi.

The easier is if you go this page: 928Droid Themes for the Droid X

I'll enclose steps for you, modified from D13, who helped me through it. :)

Reprinted without pemission! ;)

so you are rooted and you want to run a custom rom

1. open up droid x bootstrap and press bootstrap recovery (you have to purchase these from the market) ;)

2. open up rom manager and press flash clockwork at the top

(3. open up the Black Hat app and download your Black Hat app)

3a. Or if you want the Black Glass X theme, d/l it and move it to a directory on your sd card.

4. open rom manager and press reboot recovery...this will reboot you into clockwork recovery

5. using the camera button and volume up and down navigate to backup and make a backup

6. still in clockwork go to mounts and mount the /system (if done correctly it should say "unmount /system"

7. use the power button to go back and then choose install zip from sdcard and find the tbh folder with the Black Hat zip inside of it. (if you're installing Black Glass X, go to that zip file instead and choose it. It took me 7 minutes of waiting at the initial boot up screen. This is normal. Don't panic like I did. ;))

8. choose install

9. when done reboot...done
Shouldn't I make a backup before installing the theme
