Ok I am new to all of this. I just upgraded my firmware on my HTC Hero to 2.1 I am not familiar with how to do these themes and change the icons and what not.

How do I go about learning how to do this kind of stuff on a non-rooted phone? I would really like to change up the look of my phone, but I have no idea how to do it or where to go to get started and learn.

Thank you,
Whiteice

Lock, Home, 1 Right

As minimalistic as I could go while still retaining function and what I actually use on a daily basis

Wallpaper not made by me but available in the sig
Dock made by me also available in the sig
Icons are MINIMAL text by ultralinx
Widgets are modded black by ultralinx

Pretty nice!
How and where do i get that unlock screen?

thanks much

OK, for those that keep on changing their home screens layouts. As you constantly change your icons to match your layouts, I was wondering if there's any tip for an easy method to do it? I have both FolderOrganizer and Desktop Visualizer. I'm thinking that you can save profiles of the icon image you want for the app or something since I'm doing it the slow way and I find it's really time consuming and annoying. I like my icons, except they don't match my wallpaper but I might go back to them later. I really don't want to reapply the icons everytime I chang them

Thanks,
