not even sure where to begin.

i had problems trying to load/flash UD1. i could not wipe my factory data. my phone would reboot before i could wipe my data...not sure what was going...

then eventually i was able to wipe my data...and flash UD1.

so i was happy!!

now i want to flash a different kernel. and now i'm having the same problem...before i can install the ZIP from my SD card...myphone reboots. and if i can get to the menu before my phone reboots...it says my sd card is not mounted...whats up with that??

is there any way to flash a kernel without going through the recovery screen?

please help!!

thanks in advance

i am actually trying that right now...

but if that works (which i'm sure it will)...the real question is...why is my phone rebooting in recovery?

UPDATE: i tried going through ROM manager...but it didnt work...directly. it errored out and said that my SD was not mounted. then it booted into the recovery screen. then i was able to scroll down to install from sd card...and i was able to flash slyher 1.25...but now its stuck in a boot loop (@ the moto M)...

I could take a swag and say that your recovery is unstable? Try flashing "Alternate Recovery" (SPRecovery) and then flashing back to ClockworkMod Recovery. Then reboot the phone using x+power and try installing from there.

That's all that I can come up with, partner. Hope it works

i will try this...but first i've gotta get past this boot loop...
