I rooted my phone and got superuser permission upgraded my Samsung Captivate to 2.2 froyo but forgot to backup my apps so I lost the superuser permissions busybox and titanium backup applications, can I root again worry free? Everything is working properly I just cannot remove bloatware from my phone now.

You lost root with updating to 2.2. Use the method I provided look up. You will need to download SDK for Android if you haven't already and unzip it, extract the files and place the tools folder directly to your c drive on your pc. Within the tools folder is ADB you will need it for this process as it is currently the only method to root the device. Don't use Ryanza's OCLF it is dirty and ext 2 lagfix can really mess up your device by corrupting your system files, it is dangerous.
