What do you like about the Incredible

Size: can hold and text using swype with my thumb. Yet still big enough to watch videos

Screen: Very nice colors. Touch part is very good.

Customizing options: it is classic Android with a ton of root options

Sound: music player is very good sound wise

Sense: I use launcher pro plus but if I lost it I would still love my phone. Sense is excellent.

Dont Love:

Battery: I have 2 batteries and charge t whenever I can, so it isnt a huge deal but the battery is not very good at all

Call quality: Still not great but I can live with it.

Overall: Love the devise. Wont trade it for anything on market right now.

#1 for me is the customization. I love all the root options and different things you can change with the phone. With some of the ROMs out there you can pretty much turn the Inc in to a hybrid of any other phone.

I also will say that on top of the customization, HTC has won me over with Sense. I know some people hate it, but I really like the UI and widgets. For some reason I also find it to be slicker than Vanilla. Again, differing opinions, but I also like the HTC Mail app way better than the vanilla.

I've been thinking a lot about this because I'm trying to decide whether to keep my new DX or return it and go back to my Incredible until something better comes along.

I like -

1. The size in my hand. Perfect for manipulating with one hand.
2. The speed - no lag
3. The brilliant colors and sharpness of the screen
4. Sense
5. My new white battery door cover
6. Track pad for use when inserting/editing text

Don't like -

1. Font size in native menus is too small
2. Call quality is not great. Voices are bubbly, warble-y and wrods gte muffled or cut off on some calls. Not all calls - just some calls, sometimes. The call quality on the DX is outstanding.
3. Battery life. There are workarounds.... but it's definitely something you have to put some thought into.

The thing I like is that I'm sending this from my work laptop, while tethered to my incredible, while driving down to see the Ducks play UCLA. God bless America! I love this phone.

Aside from this phone doing practically everything, and doing it well. I really like the form factor of the phone and the sense UI overlay.

GO DUCKS!!!

The other day, while riding back to SoCal (I wasn't driving, my wife was), I could stream Pandora (Josh Groban, for my wife), have GPS navigation on, switch between live TV streams of two college football games (on ABC and ESPN using Live TV app - on mute), monitor ESPN GameCenter/Tracker USC game (cause ESPN2 wasn't working), AND the battery maintained most of its charge (1A car charger)!

Love the Incredible...

I like the fact that if i dont like something, i can change it!

The few things i cannot change (size, hardware, etc) i actually like a lot. So having the ability to customize almost everything else is really what sold me.

I have a different looking ROM, a different keyboard, different SMS style, different ringtones, different status bar, different battery icon, etc.

I love the fact that if i want to (and i usually do), i can change anything.

I like how the controls are laid out on the Incredible. The Sense UI is outstanding and easy to use plus I can use aftermarket launchers to tweak the interface to my liking. With the stock battery, the platform is quite sleek. Too bad an Otterbox case couldn't be designed to accomodate extended batteries and still keep a sleek look to the device.

Good size, feels good in hand. Feels better than Nexus One.

Nice screen. Very accurate touch sensor, much better than nexus one (they have same amoled screen, but diff touch sensors)

Good speaker/speaker phone volume. Loud enough for semi-handsfree use in car.

I like the softkey button layout, more ergonomic than other phones.
