A few more things happening on mine. Every time i reboot the phone defaults to silent and the wallpaper changes. To the ROM default. Thinking I might just reflash it unless someone has some suggestions.

Edit: I have been using the reboot now application when making changes to the phone and that is when this has happened. Out of curiosity after posting this I thought it might be like windows, without a full shutdown something don't save. Sure enough did a power off instead and then turned it back on, it must be the reboot now widget causing this that it doesn't properly terminate certain processes

Did you wipe data/cache before installing? I have never heard of issues like these from anyone else.

BTW: Thanks for the detailed information on google talk! much appreciated. I will look into it? Any chance you can PM me screenshots of what you're talking about?

Thanks!

I did wipe using ROM manager before the install. I am thinking the market stuff has something to do with Titanium backup I am going to try and clear data or something from the market and see what happens. I will get you PMs of the files from the APK stock build and I also have the moto build I will dig through it and get those as well. Otherwise I have not yet purchased ROM Manager or TiBU but I think I will be later today since the extra options look sweet.

If you're coming from a different ROM wipe before install.

Your apps contacts and emails will automatically restore.

If u want to save your texts download free market app: "SMS backup and restore"

Loaded this up this morning on my Droid, and my droid is very picky on roms, but so far i have no issues, no force close yet, will test this week with it but seems good.

Running with 1.2ghz Chevyno1 LV Kernel.

Good job love the theme on it as well :)

Not to brag, but one of the forum's mods recently told me that our ROM is the highest ranked in their polling system of all Droid ROMs. Last version (8.x) averaged 4.72/5! This one is even higher. Rank the ROM and let's keep the ball rollin'

Thanks everyone!
Dude, this is the fastest, most bestest ROM EVER! I'm still holding out hope that I can get the stock tabbed lockscreen back.... One other question. Might be simple. When I reboot... Says "no service" until I unlock and relock... Have you seen that before? Or am I not doing something?

I've seen that as well, on my ROM and others. I can't explain why it does it though...Usually if you let it sit for a few seconds and then turn the screen back on it figures out life.

impressive!

You may consider using a lower clock speed though - I run very smooth @ 800 =) battery life is great!

I love this ROM! I've tried several over the last couple months and I think this one is the best. There's only one issue I've run into, but I don't know if its the ROM that's causing it. Ever since I installed this ROM, my auto backlight setting is a little buggy. Sometimes it takes 20 seconds or so to start adjusting the backlight. The problem with this is that it starts at the lowest brightness, so its really hard to see outside.
Sometimes it won't adjust at all. I tried rebooting and there was no change. Also, sometimes it won't adjust and I'll just turn off the screen and check a few minutes later and it will work.
I wiped everything before installing this ROM.

Been using this ROM for the past couple of days and I gotta say... I'm pretty impressed with how smooth everything went. Followed the install hints (wiping EVERYTHING), booted up and immediately activated WiFi to get all my apps back quickly, checked SetCPU for my settings (250-1100 interactive, set at boot, also copied your profiles), set up my widgets (LOVE THE SMOKED GLASS!!), fired up Angry Birds to make sure it played, checked the maps and market to ensure they worked properly, configured Launcher Pro to how I like it, and set my Beautiful Home widgets up.

Everything is running perfectly. Fast and smooth. One question though... will this ROM be included in ROM Manager so we'll know when an update is available?

I have noticed a lag also, but it may just be because the default auto brightness is so low that it is more noticeable. Besides the battery indicator, being able to adjust the min auto brightness ala lfy would be great.

Gotta ask Dew (not that you will give us any secrets) but I cannot figure out how this rom runs so effecient. Using an 800 slayher kernel that reports the usage, your rom will spend at least twice time at 125 than any other rom. It makes sense that the phone should only be using at 125 when it is idle but your rom seems to really take advantage of that. I love the speed of using 1100 or 1200 but when over half of my usage is reported at 125 I gotta say the 800 kernel is very attractive.

I want to load this on my wife's phone. Is there simple instructions on how to do this somewhere?

For what it's worth, I might wait as the dev has said that a new version is forthcoming...possibly as early as this weekend.

That being said, I'll assume you (or she) is rooted. Either way you should start with this post:
