I know about the 3GB Fair Use Policy on the unlimited internet, but there's no mention of my plan actually including any mobile internet.

Under the Your Current Services section there are two services selected, Capped Data Rate and Video Calling.

Going through all the price plans for the DHD on the T-Mobile site, all the plans state they come with free internet as standard, only your minutes and text allowances vary with the plan you've got.

The monthly contract that I signed up for includes unlimited internet, however when I check the 'My Price Plan' page on My T-Mobile there's no mention of any internet, just my minutes and texts.
Anyone else getting this?
I would call them and check the internet bundle has been applied. It should be showing as part of your package.

For everyone else info most t-mobile stores got stock of this on Friday. If you are waiting for your upgrade i would call your local one and see if they have any left. Whatever deal you have agreed with cust services will still be valid instore.

If anyone is still waiting for their DHD this may be because they are supplying those who have waited the longest? I pre-ordered mine 29th September after being assured that the phone was due for release on 8th October. I received mine last Wednesday (3rd Nov). Be patient. I am very happy with it, although the battery is taking a battering whilst I try and figure out what I am doing
:D;)

The supply does seem to be a huge huge problem at the moment. To all the people saying they are upset that whoever has promised them the phone on a certain date, sure the supplier should be careful with that they promise but it seems that HTC are telling the resellers/retailers dates and delivery sizes that they can expect and then failing to adhere to this.

Well after upgrading direct with TM on 21st.October the phone has at last arrived. So hope that the others that are waiting soon get theirs. Now just to set everything up, and then learn how to drive it after being on non Android phones for so long!

Since we both had the text from t-mobile, I would have thought we might have the phones at the same time.

Seems not as nothing turned up today.

Got it this morning the 9th, while trying to play call of Duty. Two great things to happen, while on a day off.
Who needs Christmas?

The does not have any branding, also updated fine.
Slight issue with getting mobile internet.

So much new stuff on it compared to the Hero.
Feel overwhelmed he he.

It seems that the operators are legally obligated to provide a PAC code unless you are contracted for a certain period of time. I haven't read the small print on any PAYG deals recently but I suspect as long as you're willing to have topped up a little and lose that credit they're not going to argue with you too much....

This seems like an obvious way to keep your number in these circumstances. Someone here must have considered/tried this before...

Cancelled my order with TMobile and bought a handset of ebay. probably work out costing the same over the next 18 months anyway. Just thought that if i waited until after xmas, and then had an 18 month contract to run, i would be missing out on newer better Android devices when they become available. I hate being in long contracts so now i can stick with my month to month contract.
