I've had my Galaxy S (Verizon) for about a good week or 2, and it's good so far. The only problem I have is texting; it won't send to certain people (although it would say that the text was sent). I called customer service, and they told me to delete all the 1's before the area codes before texting in all contacts and it should be fine.
I did that, and I can text now. But every time I lock the phone or exit out of messaging, the phone would automatically add an 1 in front of the number I'm trying to text. This wouldn't happen when I try composing a new message. So if I wanted to text, I would have to delete the existing conversation and compose a new message. This is obviously very irritating to do and I don't know how to fix this problem. When I check the contact information about the person, it doesn't say that there is a 1 added before the number, so it can't be the contacts. Any solution?
Also, if you need any more information to help me out, I'd be more than happy to provide them for you.
