Help speakers dont work while making calls

I've had this happen twice, just after an OTA update or an SBF. Both times a reboot fixed it and it didn't re-occur.

This happened to me 2 days ago for the first time. It was after I was playing around in the phone with bluetooth file transfers and the MediaShare program, not sure if its related. I also accidentally hit the HDMI button when I was viewing a picture in the gallery, and it kind of froze and kept telling me to connect a HDMI cable. It wouldn't let me out of gallery. So I don't know if that had anything to do with it either. I turned my phone off and pulled the battery, but I still had the 'no sound' issue when I tried a phone call after. I shut down and rebooted again WITHOUT pulling the battery this time and it fixed it. However I ended up doing a factory reset anyways because I didn't want to risk it happening again.

This has happened to me a few times as well, and after a restart it worked again. So annoying!

There's another thread with the same problem.
I've seen it about 4 times now and the fix is to reboot your phone, and try again.
