This thread is awesome. I've cleaned up my Home UI so much thanks to all the images posted here. You guys rock!
Heres what my new screen looks updated:
just in case you are wondering: The shopping icon I found on google images as well as the islam icon. the work icon that I use is thanks to Shademar's photoshopping skills. I'm using the apps organizer to change the icons of my labels which basically open up like folders. The Android, Internet, and Game icons are the stock icons that come with Apps organizer.
Calendar is pure calendar grid with glass theme and 4 day weather is weather widgets v2 hero theme. all on home++
IS there someone who take request because Im no good with computers. I dont know how to resize or anything But there are a few thinks I would like. I would like a nice FSU backround. Even a good Kid Cudi backround
I searched this thread and found no mention of the app DROCAP2. Here's an FYI on how I capture any screen ...
Get DROCAP2 and BUTTON SHORTCUT from the marketplace. They're free.
You'll need to be rooted to use DROCAP2.
Set BUTTON SHORTCUT to run DROCAP2.
Now whenever you have a screen you wish to copy just press the camera button to activate DROCAP2. Set a short timeout like 5 seconds and then cancel back to the screen you want copied.
Edit: seems to have taken in low quality, but the background im using is a dark wood texture, its not pixalated like in the screen, here is the link to the images http://zygat3r.deviantart.com/art/Dark-Wood-58266349
Hey quick question, all of you that are using Beautiful Widgets with home++, how are you getting the clock to work with your home++ app. I used it and notice the clock stopped working. I dont know why maybe i did something wrong. Im gonna try it again. But let me know if you guys are having the same problem.

well for reference to others, i go to settings>applications>manage applications>home++>clear defaults. then a popup will ask you what home you want to use.
I'm pretty sure there is another way, i just don't remember.

A bit big, sorry. Using GDE with the hero theme. I tried home++, but I couldn't get used to the layout. And I love the application dock that comes with GDE.
