While "best" is pretty subjective, I'm still loving titanium -x 1.3 (ti-x 1.3). It's the best I've used and I've tried them all. He just updated to ti-x 1.5 but I've seen a few issues so until they get worked out I'm sticking with 1.3. I haven't seen a reason yet to update my phone to the dj07 update and so far I've managed to keep it de03. I haven't had any of the issues others report so I'm leaving it alone.
