Help Problem with Media Hub?

Do you get an error message? What actually happens when you try to play it? Also what have you done to try to fix it? I had this issue with the very first movie I downloaded but I restarted the phone and it was fine. Try restarting the phone and or reloading the SD card (don't just take it out, discharge it through the settings menu. You could mess things up otherwise.)

Settings>SD card and storage>unmount SD card>take the card out and put it back in

I would not even launch the app and give samsung the satisfaction of putting more time into media crap than updating phones. When I rooted it was the first app I deleted.:p

I do agree that they need to update our phones. The fact that they said we would have 2.2 by the end of October latest is royally pissing me off, but the media hub is half the reason for buying the phone! I love my media hub :)

I purchased a movie and when I went to play it was informed it had expired without my ever seeimg it. I reported to Samsung who said they couldnt do anything about it but would refer it to the department that could. Never heard from them. Thinking of informing my bank the charge was fraudulent and should be reversed. People are really dishonest today.
