ok I just rooted my phone with Unrevoked 3.2.1 today and want to be able to move apps to my sd card. I have read a few threads about flashing and roms but before I do this does anyone have a simple way to do this and the best rom ? I use Launcher pro and would hate to lose anything. For me right now it is all about memory :)

oh ok lol sorry about that I see you posted that already. Just to be safe you have to down load this by a torant right ? I will read up more about this before I go ahead and do it. I just partitioned my sd card so I should be good to go I hope..

No need to download via torrent. Just use Lee's dropbox area. It's in the wiki linked to in the first post on the xda site above.

Ok so I have read your thread on apps2sd and did the partition but I can not move all my apps to my phone memory since I do not have that much room ? if I have all my apps backed up in Astro will I be able to get them back and put them on my sd card ?

you do have that much room as it links secretly to you ext partition you created
i take it you created this partition then applied the a2sd script on a rom that supports it right?

one other question when backing things up to Titanium do I need to back up everything or just apps ? There is a lot of htc sence stuff in there..

its not good to backup system stuff or sense stuff
just apps you need etc

i was misreading you as i think you were misunderstanding danfrance.

once you have a rom that supports a2sd+ and its working
when you install apps make sure they are on the phone memory and if they are not then move them to the phone memory in "applications>sdcard" as a2sd+ works by linking to the internal storage.

backup your apps with titanium
wipe the device via recovery
install a rom with a2sd+ support
install apps from titanium
job done

I have made a partisjon on my sd card with ext3 and got the system installed on that partisjon.
I have a LeDroid ROM whith A2SD+.
Then I rolled back a Titanium backup of my apps and data.
With all my apps back, the internal memory got up to almost 60% full, even I moved my apps to sd-card.
I've tried to move apps back and forward between sd-card and phone memory, but the phone memory is still the same.
Read somewhere that apps moves automatic to sd if apps is installed in phone memory, it did'nt happen.
I have tried so much but I'm stuck!

Excuse my bad english writing. :(

Apps should be on internal memory.

So its 60% full. What's the problem? What does quick system info say about a2sd?
