OK, I finally got an update.zip put together for the Glowing Circle Battery on ApeX.
It is the entire framework-res.apk from ApeX 1.3 with the circle battery icons instead of the GB ones. So if you have a theme over ApeX (or any changes to the framework) it will put it back to normal ApeX 1.3 with the circle battery
Install this just like any other update.zip
download ApeX_Circle_Battery.zip
bootstrap recovery
install zip from sdcard
choose zip
ApeX_Circle_Battery.zip
reboot

no need to wipe anything
as always make a backup just in case! but this works perfect on my phone

It has the lock sliders from ApeX 1.2 in it. so it should look like this

i know there may be a thread somewhere, but i've tried searching and can't find anything. I finally rooted and applied the Apex 1.3.1 rom to my Droid x and i want to change the battery indicator to one of the round ones with the percent in the middle and i want to remove the time from the notification/status bar. If anyone could point me to a thread or let me know what i need to do that would be greatly appreciated, i have tried to search all day.

Tried installing it and it was fine. However lost 3G and no lock slider change weird. Reboot brought back 3G thankfully but still no lock slider as shown. Weird stuff man but no worries, I have a nandroid just in case!

Wow.. love to try this. I am running stock Apex 1.3.1 and would love to try theming. Do I apply this after first applying the ported Apex Revo theme or this is the same but with a different type of circle battery icon?

Current set up already backed up and waiting to confirm if its one or the other or both required in a 1.. 2 install?

sliders are still the revolution sliders just do this if you want android sliders

Its one or the other. There is the revolution theme as one thing and the color changing circle battery is something else. Both can be installed right ontop of apex 1.3.1
