Two nights ago my phone locked up. It was rebooting constantly. I tried a factory reset, and for whatever reason, I could not get it to happen. Early the next morning I was at my friendly verizon store for help. The smoking hot blonde at the store got it to reset, but did not have confidence that my problem was resolved. So, now I have two incredibles. My opening day phone that I have only had the one problem with, and the replacement.
So, should I go ahead and use the replacement, or continue with my original phone? I am leaning toasted my original phone, just because.
Btw, since the factory reset, my battery life is twice what it used to be. Go figure.

I had three HTC Droid Incredibles today. Had to return two. I got one today and sent it right back. I too had reboot problems and asked for a new battery instead of new phone but she insisted its the phone. well the phone is in better condition than the refurb i got today, the trackball was all pushed in on the "new" replacemement and not even too mmention the one I am keeping was refurbished 12/20 and the "new" one 11/02 go figure.
