Just picked up my phone a few weeks ago, and once I found out I could totally customize I am hooked. Thanks to all who shared how to do this. I'm quite sure this will change like the weather but this is my first shot. ADW Launcher EX w/ ADW white theme, beautiful widgets clock and toggles, and the android icons from earlier in this post.

I'm not sure if how to remove the city from Beautiful Widgets small clock was figured out, so here is how I removed it.
Configure>Advanced>Un-check Smaller Home City

Here is the wallpaper. I can't share the dock since the person who made it asked me not to share. I'm sorry.
