When i first got into ROMs i went with ApeX series and was happy with that for a while. I started trying out different ROMs because of boredom and to see what else is out. I ended up installing rubiX focused 1.9.5 and i kept getting MMS error messages ( i wiped data/cache ) ended up switching back to ApeX by loading up a backup.

My second attempt was Tranquility 3.6.0 ( didnt wipe data/cache web site said not to?) which i got a crap ton of errors and random things not loading so i switched back to ApeX threw a backup.

Am i doing something wrong? Also Ive noticed ApeX freezing up and restarting a lot but i don't know if that has to do with me flashing a bunch of stuff. Please help me guys! thanks

First we'll need to know your ethnicity.

Second, if you were able to get Tranquility to run at all, then you're doing better than I did. Seems to me there is something terribly wrong with the Tranquility zip. I think I'm going to stay away from it until they come out with a new version that everyone can flash without bricking their phone like me and several others around here experienced.

Also, I too had my fair share of problems with Rubix Focused. When I mentioned that on here most people said they had no problems at all with it, so I wasn't sure if it was something I did wrong or what? Maybe some devices just don't jive well with Rubix, Tranquility, GummyJAR... heck any of them I suppose? I don't know why that would be, it just seems to be the case.

I'm going to give Fission a shot. If you haven't given Gummy a try I suggest you do so. It's a very stripped down, stable and zippy ROM. First I say flash back to your stock ROM, then do a factory reset just before the next ROM you flash. Most of the time this isn't a requirement, but I've always done so with good results. In other words it doesn't hurt anything, and it just might help your situation, so why not give er a try, eh?

Did you try to update the kernel after you installed 2.2.1? For me I had the problem with Apex 1.3.0 in the beginning but updating kernel fixed everything.

TBH Patches: 2.3.340-System, Baseband, 2.3.340-Kernel, Bootloader
