Help Some help please

Hi there
When i bought optimus one i was my 1st contact with Android. At the beginning is was a little bit hard but i've learned a lot about Android. :)

Yes it is a way to change between Android & LG keyboard:

If you are using Android Keyboard:
- Create a new message (sms)
- Press and Hold ?123 button from the Android keyboard
- In the Android menu that will appear choose Input Method
Choose the LG keyboard.

If you are using LG keyboard:
- Create a new message (sms)
- Press the wheel key (between XT9 and 123@!)
- Choose input method

Personally i like the android keyboard.

The 1st question i don't understand : "how i could not save my sent messages"
you don't want to save your sent messages?

Hi skyboy
Even I find android keyboard interesting and simple to use. Although I have two queries on messages,
1. Can we change the "chat type" display to more regular "Inbox" kind of display with Inbox, sent etc. kind of options..(I liked it in my earlier Nokia phones)

2. How do we forward a recieved message? I could not do it with all the options available

Hey skyboy

Thanks for the help I managed to change the text input method but like pankaj16 said I would prefer if there is a way to have the messages set out like Inbox, Outbox, Drafts etc i.e. as seperate folders rather than threads.

Hi Centaur,
I'm a new user of Android and i don't know if there are some Android options to make the view of messages by type : received, sent, draft. For the moment i don't know any application that will do that but i'm sure that exists.

I was a nokia fan until i bought p500 and the thread view i like it very much. it is more like a chat window :)
