Most of us moan and complain bitterly when suppliers get it wrong, so it seems right to redress the balance occasionally.
I recently ordered a Piel Frama case for my Desire from Mobile Fun and for various reasons the order went awry; the bottom line was no case and me out of pocket. However, their product manager (Jasvinder Singh, who's occasionally posted on here) gripped the problem in short order and a replacement was sent by next-day special delivery. Not only that but their customer services people rang twice to check arrival and e-mailed sincere apologies.
I call that going the extra mile, and they'll certainly get my business in future. If only every company in the UK behaved like that!
