Sooo i know i can use my phone as a hot spot but can i connect the same phone to the hot spot im generating off that phone? i couldnt really find an app for this or answer but it would be pretty cool if it were the case. this way i could text all the time and send pics without having to worry bout overages

I hope you're not serious, but I'll answer straight in case you are. First of all, no, it's not possible.
Second, it wouldn't have any effect on your 3G data usage. Instead of the data going 3G > Phone, now it's going 3G > Phone's Wifi > Phone's Wifi Again... > Phone. My point being that you're still ultimately connected to the Internet through your 3G modem and that data will be tracked exactly the same by your carrier.

well i made an account. then posted this. and even added an icon so yeah i was pretty serious. but thanks for u input i wasnt sure if it was possible i was jus messing with it and i realized i cant hot spot and pick up wifi at the same time its one or the other. weird theres no way to un-restrict that.
