My cliq won't update to the 2.1 and there is no where to to send my phone to have it ins talled for me. T-mobile says they cant'/wint install it for me and motorola says I should be able to do this and to contact t-mobile. T-mobile says to just upgrade to a new device. Come on why can't I get some help I've been with t-mobile 5yrs and I'm getting some awful C/S lately. Does anyone know how I can get some help installing a simple update.
