Root Trying Continuum again

I'm really liking this rom, though my battery seems to be during quickly. I may have to address it if it continues.

I know that this thread is old ;) but just wanted to share my experience with Continuum v.4

I have tried most current roms published at XDA and have not had such good battery life with any other rom (last night when I plugged in to my charger after 17.5 hours of normal to heavy use I still had 56% battery remaining). Not to mention gps is great, its super snappy and very stable.

I would recommend giving it a shot :)

I am running Continuum v4 right now, but with the Onix Kernels (2.0.4 and 2.0.5) I was getting horrible lag even with the lagfix and tweaks enabled. I had been using Paragon ROM for a few months and it worked great, so I decided to run the Paragon Kernel with the Continuum ROM. I will see how battery life does here in a few days after a few charge cycles, but it feels a lot faster then the Onix Kernels.

By using the Continuum ROM and Paragon Kernel, I hope to get the best of both worlds that I have experienced on my phone. I like Continuum because of the layout, features, and GPS fixes in seconds on my phone. I like the Paragon Kernel because my phone is quicker with it and it sips battery perfectly for me. Each Captivate is different and you just have to find the combination that makes it work like it should have when Samsung released it.
