Slight screen wobble

Did you tell them a reason why? Did you just say you wanted a new phone? I am going to go to a different store then I went to yesterday. What did you say to the people?

I ordered mine from Amazon Wireless, and all I did was told them that there was a wobble and the mechanism seemed loose. I also told them I had checked out other models at Best Buy -- which I had. And that was enough for them, because I was within my 30 days. They overnighted me a new one. Now I just have to send the first one back to them.

The display model I tried at the Sprint store was PERFECT! It felt solid and had a decent feeling everytime I opened and closed it. I'm definitely going back to get a new one!

You mean from phone to PC?

BTW, once you answer, I'll break this part into a new thread so others may benefit as well.

From PC to the forums.

^Oh. That.

We're in the middle of a site upgrade based on the user feedback for how to improve things around here. May be a short while before the results are formally unveiled, but the programming work is in process.

Between that and the it's-possible-backups were happening, you've hit a snag they've been trying to conceal (based on mod-staff feedback).

Please try it again, if the error persists, please PM me and I'll get web admin involved pronto.

So I just wanted to let everyone know that after fighting with the Sprint rep, I got a new phone and there is ZERO screen wobble at all. I am so happy they finally came through because they gave me a hard time because their display model was loose (not as bad as mine). They opened up a new phone and it had no wobble at all so they did the trade. If you have screen wobble I HIGHLY recommend getting a new phone. Also, I bought the Blue/Black Sprint Store case that says HTC with it and I love it. It makes the phone feel extremely stiff especially while sliding/locking. Worth the investment.

Thanks everyone on these forums :) Expect to see my name quite a bit because I love helping out as much as possible!

Yeah i have that case also, and it is definitely a great case makes the phone feel stiff. however i warn you now after a little time with it on it will loosen up the slider. took mine off to put on another and it was way loose. but as soon as i put on another it was stiff as always.... just have a case and you should be good

Yeah I kind of figured with the way it attaches. I don't mind because I do not plan on taking off the case ever. Thanks for the heads up :)

I've had my shift just under a week now and it does seem to wobble as well, but a tight wobble (if that makes any sense) I may take it back to the Sprint store and see what they can do since im still in 30 days, but it seems to be a common isse. maybe it was just a bad batch. who knows? I may also look into a T6 option lol because if thats the only thing that ever goes wrong with it and i can fix it myself i will be happy
