Help debranding x10a to x10i

Hi guys,

I de-branded my x10a yesterday and now its been converted to an x10i
after serveral attempts to convert back with my original roms, it still read x10i

is there a way to convert back? If not, does this change anything in the future for my updates?
do i need to use the "i" roms from now on?

thanks in advance guys

If I remember correctly, the issue you will have is updating through SEUS or OTA. You should still be able to update manually though.

I can't see why you won't be able to put it back to x10a though. Have you tried resetting to old x10a firmware and then going forwards to new x10a firmware?

thanks for the reply, I actually rooted my phone and brought it back to the "a"
and you're right about the updating part, I have to do everything manually now, which is a good thing, cuz updates aren't always the best thing to do ;)

thanks again for the reply

Hi.
im new here, but it seems you can help me a lot.
I have an x10a 1.6 and i flashed into 2.1 nordic and now its x10i
i would like to return to x10a but with 2.1
rigth now its rooted, would you mind to explain me how to do it?
i have my own guess, that is reflashing with flash 10.1 but with the x10a fw, but havent find it yet.
