Having been banned under ridiculous circumstances on xda I removed everything from there and was just so disheartened that I removed everything from here too. 1.6 will be going up here later on.

And welcome Jimmy to AF :)

thanks man :) I follow you every where you go ;)

I'm just glad to hear that you will continue, and 1.6 will come up under the day. I have now no needs to be in xda so AF will be my new home, hm just a thought how can I donate to you now?

X10iUser or XperiaX10iUser. Decided to follow you down here to AF. Hope you decide to continue your very nice work here. Will we ever see a DarkStyle 1.6? What are your plans for it?

Thanks for the support guys, means a lot. Just to clear up and give my side, as it's now stated in the main "suggestion" thread that I "lied", "wasn't cooperating" and tried to "play mods of each other". The issue was my use of adfly links, it was initially claimed by the first mod that I was using affiliate links which I wasn't, and proved by providing my actual referral link, and wanted clarification of the rules. Having reported the pm in regards to removing my infraction another mod continued to insist they were referal links, which clearly they weren't.

Having then pointed out that the adfly links are no different to the "pay for every download" hosting sites that are used by a good few members on xda, which I myself used for months without issue I was told the issue was then closed.

I replied to that message to say I would remove the links, and already had from my signature, I was then told I was "arguing", so replied again to state that I wasn't, and to make it clear has they hadn't grasped that from my last message that I would remove the links, and to let me know the outcome of the discussion one of them had said was being had in regards to the method of how someone posts their work.

I then proceeded to start editing my posts and was in the middle of doing so when I got the message that I was banned for "continuing to argue".

Posting things like "donate to me if you would like to see my work continue" is personal commercialism imo so think there is a clear hypocrisy in the rule that states non-comercial methods should be used to provide access to ones work.

Using such sites is a way to earn a little something for the work you do and would rather use them than ask people to stick their hands in their pockets to support a project. I theme because I enjoy, not because I was under any illusion doing so was going to make me rich, and any one that has used such sites will know that it's quite minuscule what can be earned, but is nice every now and again to be able to buy a little something and could only do so because a few people downloaded my work.

DarkStyle and my other themes will be getting reuploaded at some point here, DS 1.6 will be going up later on, and the others when I get around to them. Steve Adams is posting a mirror for the current Green Glow so you can get that from xda for the time being.

Thanks again for the support, it really does mean a lot. :)

Some MODs really over use their privileges, they think they are special because they are moderators, what they don't realise, is it's just a word, it doesn't make them any more special than other members.

Actually I have to say that ur themes were the clearest ones, besides the thing that some of the theme makers couldnt even speak english. (I dont want to be rude to anyone but it's a fact. My mothertounge isnt english but if someone makes a theme or does modding then I think it's a minimum to speak some "understandable engrish" which some of them couldnt/didnt. No offense, I have to say it again.) So that was the first thing why I've chosen ur themes, and besides that, it looks the best. :D

Thumbs up for your work! :)
