Where can I send my cliq to get it serviced? I have went round &round trying to install the 2.1 eclair update and no luck after 2wks I'm done jacking with it. The T-mobile people won't hire anybody with clearance to authorize any judgment calls. The people over at motorola say this is a tmobile issue. Long story short ,,I need to update my phone and can't get ANY help from tmobile or motorola so I come here looking and still haveing/getting a hard time. Id be willing to pay but nbody works on cell phones that I can find local.

Check around online, there are reputable places out there you can send your phone to for repairs. Beforr you do send your phone out to someone, though, do some serious research. Check for reviews, check the BBB, etc. It stinks that neither T-Mobile nor Motorola is willing to help.

The issue I'm having is that I can't get the phone to update to android 2.1. T-mobile said they can't help me, the android tech support have sent me very detailed instructions and still no dice. Now my cliq is acting very odd like I've somehow corrupted the operating software the screen is crazy now and I have random reboots on,on,on .… so any help would be great but its looking like a new phone is in my near future.
