The only thing I'm worried about is T-Mobile coverage.
I'm going to be moving in the summer (either to Austin, Texas or Greensboro, NC) and probably picking the phone up then.
I just don't know how the coverage is there. I've looked at their 3G map and it looks like I would be ok but I would rather hear it through someone who actually has experience with T-Mobile and their service.
Great pictures. Really liked how you laid them out and provided a variety of apps. Also really appreciate your sharing what you've learned while it was still all unofficial.

The dialer looks better in person. same as droid.
thanks so much for the pics. WE all appreciate it and they are NOT late as mentioned earlier.
Let us know anything else you are experiencing with it.
I didn't like the feel and the weight of the droid. can you tell me how it feels to you, the weight, and is it pocketable?
thanks
Very light and very pocketable. I like everything about it except for some slight things.
The speaker on the back that I have mentioned which gets muted when lying down. The battery IMO isnt enough to use the media functions and the phone functions and last a whole day. Not a big deal but at the end of the day I am shocked Im in the red for how little I used the phone.
SMS popup, Google Voice, Astro, Shazam....thats about it..I dont listen to music or watch video except for the odd Youtube because of battery life. I am using Gmail..and thats the only "push" anything I have going.
Under settings..battery usage, it says Voice Calls are using the most of my battery followed by the display, which I have set below 50 percent.
Are you using it with T-Mobile? How's the coverage in your area? Weak cellular signals seem to pull down the battery faster though it looks like you're getting max signal in the pictures. Do you typically have a pretty strong signal wherever you go?

This is proof that AMOLED is more power-conserving than the alternative. On the droid, display was always at the top of the list, consuming most of the battery.
-Is there a setting to change how often it checks your gmail account?
-Do you have track "My location" on? (i think that's what it's called-a gps option)
-what do you have the backlight timeout set to?
