Hey guys, i'm hoping your guys can help me with this, I have been having trouble with my mesmerize and I went to US Cellular but of course they were no help. Lately, my phone will charge sometimes, but when it does, after about an hour it likes to say it's charged about half way or 1/4 the way. And sometimes after it's unplugged it will continue to say it's charging all day. Lastly, I can't connect the phone to my computer anymore, it worked one time and the computer noticed it but then immediately said it was gone.
The US Cellular people told me there was corrosion in the connection, cleaned it out, told me it would just get bad again and good luck hopefully I had insurance. Then I went back to someone who had a brain and he tried to reset the settings to see if it was that, and it wasn't. But I didnt have my ID so he couldnt help me any further.
What do you guys think the problem is? I think there's something wrong with the connection in the phone itself. But I'm not on the premium belief program so i can't get it replaced for free. Oh and I got the phone on the 24th of December, so I think it could also be a manufacturer part error. But I don't wanna sit and wait for US Cellulars replacement plan to take half a year again.
