Ok, so I feel extraordinarily dumb for this one.
But anyways, for some reason I cannot upload pictures to Picasa. Every time I go to "share" one with Picasa, it asks me if i want to sign in or create a google account, i have signed in with 2 accounts on it, both to no avail. As every time it tells me that I have logged in, I then go back to share the photo, and it asks me to create or sign in again, infinite loop.

Before it asks me to log in, I get a brief split second view of it trying to upload, "caption" etc.

Ideas?
TIA

Weird indeed. Maybe [just a stab in the dark] trying logging into picasa on your computer or browser rather than thru the picasa app?!? I know I've uploaded hundreds of pics to picasa from my SF almost without fail

I can log in fine in browser and computer, just the "share->picasa" function that is off. Kind of weird. My phone is just full of stuff today huh saps!

KInda funny... I just read another post on the same issue all the while trying to find an answer to my own problem of the video recorder being an unsupported file.

Any who, I had the Picasa problem as well and Found a way to take care of it (well, at least somewhat.) This is what I posted on the other discussion....

Apparently you aren't the only ones with this issue, and I'm surprised it hasn't been answered yet. I've now had the Fascinate for a little over a month, and I too just joined Picasa once I got my phone only to find the same issue you are experiencing. The conclusion I came to is this: The share link for Picasa is one of Samsung's bugs (I'm guessing) that has not been worked out and is there to frustrate users like us.

However, I did happen to find a way around it.

1. Go into the app market and in the search bar enter 'Picasa Tool Pro' and download it. It is a free app, and extremely easy to use.

2. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the Picasa 3 for your PC program as well (also free). All I did was log in under my Gmail and looked for Picasa.

3. Once downloaded and installed on PC, be sure to complete all the set-up requirements for your account that is needed such as where to look for files, privacy, user profile, etc..

4. Before you start tinkering with all the extras involved or seeing what you can do, set-up your web album account. This will make it so you can easily transfer between your phone and computer, no matter where you are.

5. Log in from app on phone and see what you can do!

Hopefully this helps fix your problem... I know it did mine and I love the program now!
