Help Help! Accidentally deleted contacts from SD Card

I did a bone-headed thing, which I won't bore you with, but...

All my contacts are gone. I have them on my Google account (thank God!)

My question is, how do I import my Google contacts so that they are saved to my memory card?

When I click on export from the Google contacts page, I'm asked which format to export them in.

The choices are:
1. google csv format (for exporting into a google account)
2. outlook csv format (self-explanatory -- and I don't use outlook)
3. vCard format (for importing into Apple Address Book or another application)

My guess would be #3 except I'm exporting into an Android address book, not an Apple address book.

But I do have a Macbook that I sync my phone with.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
