I am going to call right now to see what my price will be for that deal because it was $229 for me as well on the website... will report back.

Just ordered the phone with the regional manager. He is giving me another 50.00 discount on the phone and when I activate the phone he is going to back out the contract renal so wife can get a new phone when original contract is up.

I am unable to add the 1 year contract priced phone to myverizon online order when i select "upgrade phone"? WTF? I go to details, select 1 year plan, add to card, and it adds the $219 phone (which is the 2 year price)...

Select "Month-to-Month". And if that doesn't work, call in, and if you call in I suggest you find my screenshot of the price at $444.99 and tell the person that answers that you'd like it at that advertised price, and don't ask me where I posted the screenshot unless you want to give me $50 for saving you some green....I can't do EVERYTHING for you mofos!

Got two upgrades done at 12 pst. Both were $199.00 after an instant $50.00 online rebate. Checked my order status just now and it says check back tomorrow

I just got off the phone with the store. The pricing is reflective of your discounts, etc. The base rate of $249.99 will apply, so generally whatever you see online when you try to upgrade is what you will pay in store. HOWEVER, the csr I spoke with said that in store is NOT ALLOWING THEM TO GIVE 1 YEAR CONTRACTS on the phone in the store as of right now. She said that she had just tried to do it and it would not allow it. So WTF? Is big red backing out on their tweet of at least OFFERING a 1 year deal? I am unable to get the 1 year pricing to go through online as well, so.......

EDIT: I just spoke with a phone order csr and he ALSO CONFIRMED that there is NOT A 1 YEAR CONTRACT PRICE in his system, only a 2 year. I hope that I am not SOL as I am freaking at work until 3 and want to get the damn thing today :mad:

Well I ordered last night when it said $199 around 12:30am pacific and this morning I get a notice saying my discover card was rejected, even used it this morning for something else and it went through fine? Funny since I called discover and they said nothing is wrong with my account. Now im noticing the price is at $249 for the 2yr deal. Called them up and had them bill my account directly as I still want the phone.

this the only email I got besides the confirmation email just after I placed the order, I checked the online order status and it changed to

"Your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment at www.fedex.com"
