OK my Atrix just rebooted 2 times today. This is getting pretty annoying.
I saw few Threads on the forum already bu couldn't find an answer weather or not replacing the phone fixed the issue for people who had it. Should i replace mine??

Some of the reboots are can be missed bu user as they happens when phone just idles the good way to check is to: do dial
*#*#4636#*#* and go to "battery Information" -> Time since boot:
If you see that this time is less then what you think it should be(you know when you last rebooted).

On the side note i saw few threads where people where complaining about the battery life, an it might be connected as those reboots do reset the battery timer.

My phone also started rebooting, it seems to me like there are two times when it will do it.
1) Random reboots, from software, compatibility or other issues
2) The lock screen. Other people have noted that if the phone freezes and users press the lock button the phone with crash. I have also experienced this first hand. If my phone glitches, or an app hangs and I press the lock screen it reboots. If I wait for the phone it usually hangs for a bit then the program crashes.

It is possible that 2 is just 1 but its worth noting for anyone working on a solution.

Note: Anyone noticing apps starting on their own? More than the regular for android? Music player randomly opens and starts playing music, this could possibly be related.

My Atrix didn't auto rebooted but one of my apps (imo.im) got stuck/jammed and was a white screen. I was able to use the notification far to get out of the app. It didn't force close. Put the phone to sleep, turned it back on and now the whole screen less the notification bar is black. The notification bar didn't work and soft buttons wouldn't respond. I was able to long press on the power button to turn off the phone to do a manual reboot. First since I got the phone 10 days ago that this has happened.

I've had this problem too. I've owned the phone about 6 weeks but only noticed it in the last 2 weeks - coincidentally or not, since AT&T pushed the software update.

I spoke to Motorola support today and their solution was for me to factory reset (which I'd already done), set up a new Motoblur account and then install nothing new on the phone for a day or two to see if it happens again.

Oh boy...that's not going to be an enjoyable 1/2 days >_< can't stand it when I was testing my phone 'bare' lol.
