I have it and i absolutely love it, the phone feels complete now just the right amount of bulk too. I think it is completely worth the $35.

I have had the OtterBox for a week now and I absolutely love it! I have dropped my phone twice now and my phone was completely safe. It feels great and secure. I've owned other phones with otterbox cases, and this case is by far my favorite. The combination of the silicone and the harder plastic protect it perfectly.
My only complaint with it is that the head phone jack protective cover keeps coming out, so I just snipped it off with a Pair of scissors.
I have already recommended it to 3 friends and will recommend it to anyone and everyone.

it the otter better than the body glove case? I bought the body glove from the actually tmobile store and i like it so far. I kinda was waiting for the otter, i just dunno if its worth it to spend the money. I liked my otter on my droid.

back when i had an iphone, i had the defender series on it. i LOVED that case. i could drop that phone from 15' in the air onto concrete, and it was perfectly fine. how does the commuter series compare to the defender?

i got in today and i like it a lot. It doesnt add a lot of bulk to the phone, feels good, and covers all the ports. My only con is that the micro usb rubber cover doesnt actually go into the port, it just covers it. On my droid 1 otter the rubber piece actually fit nicely in the port. besides that i like it a lot.

The case i had on it before was the body glove from the tmobile store.

Got my OtterBox Commute yesterday from Amazon. The product is like what I have read about similar items.
Siliconized rubber skin and a Poly Crabonite shell that just snaps on the back.
The only draw back is that the Hard shell does not full cover the phone. Top and bottom rubber skin exsposed and the screen protector is similar to the one at T-Mobile.Except it covers up to the speaker. All in all i guess it is good.Wait and see.

i wouldnt bother with otters screen protector. just get a ghost armor screen protector and pair it with the otter box. extra money but it's worth it.

The reason why the polycarbonate case does not cover the entire phone is if you drop it and it hits the ground on the corners or bottom and top edge, the silicone absorbs the impact and helps prevent the screen from cracking. They know what they are doing and this case saved my phone last week when it fell from a high table onto concrete, picked it up and it was fine, barely a scuff that rubbed off.

i got the otterbox case. i dont really like it, dont get me wrong it protects my phone but it also gets all the sugar and flower from my job stuck on the rubber. I ordered the trident case should be here Wednesday. dont know if its gonna be than the oterbox tho.

Absolutely love the otterbox except..................................

I am not feeling the silicone top and bottom. Want the abs plastic to completely cover the phone. The silicone sticks to my pocket and it gets annoying. Also the headphone grommet keeps coming out which is a pain at times. Im a long time otterbox user and i gotta tell you people that if you are considering some cheap ebay shit save ur money and pony up the 35 nuts and go with the otterbox

I got it last week, absolutely love it. I had it for the MT3G as well, and couldn't wait for this one to come out.

My only complaint is that the rubber part attracts dust very easily, I constantly have to clean it, but I knew that going in.

I ordered the Trident Cyclops. The Otterbox doesn't cover the back of the phone and I wanted full coverage.

I bought the otterbox for the mytouch 4g. after a while it started to bug me. So a co-worker told me about the trident cases.

I really like it. Not saying the otterbox is a bad case, I just like this one more.
