Help Please!!!!!!!!!

my droid is off and i plug it into the wall charger and it shows the M then shuts off. then i plug it into my computer the only thing that happens is the white led light turns on. then while plugged in to computer i turned it on and it went straight to bootloader and said battery low. and i can turn it on without the battery in it but it only show the M then shuts off and dosent charge

How long have you had it on the wall charger? If your battery is really low, sometimes you need to get a decent charge in it before it powers up. If I remember correctly, I read somewhere that the Droid doesn't charge during part of the boot up process. Try plugging it into the wall and turn it off and let it charge for an hour and try again.

The other questions are:
- Are you rooted
- Did you installed anything before this started happening

Yes, follow the above suggestion. This happened to me once. My battery was completely dead and I wasn't able to start up my phone. Plug it using the wall charger and give it a good hour or two before you do anything. Just leave it there and let it charge.

Same here. I'd left mine on the charger overnight but the plug came slightly out of the Droid. It drained to nothing over night and I couldn't even power on. A little while on the charger and it booted fine & then I could see that it was down at 5% charged & let it do it's thing.

droid still not fixed i think it might be water damage... what if my droid wont turn on while plugged in with no battery in it?

Maybe your battery is bad? Have you tried a different battery?

Water damage could do almost anything to mess your phone up. Some questions to answer are: How wet did it get? What did you do after it got wet? How did you try to dry it? Are you still trying to use the same battery (ref to Dark Jedi's question)? And did it get wet enough to trigger either water indicator that you can see?

Often what you do right after getting your phone wet wil either increase or decrease your phone's odds of survival.
