Root LPP with stock GB dock?

It's really easy to get a stock-looking Gingerbread dock in Launcher Pro. Google "Launcher Pro Gingerbread icons" and you'll find the browser, phone, and background images. Set those, and then set the outer two icons in the dock to the three dot screen forward and backward shortcuts, and your dock will look completely stock.
